We, BillBoox ("We", "Us", "Our", or “Company”), provide a cloud-based restaurant Point-of-Sale (POS) software under the brand name “BillBoox”. Our services include the BillBoox POS software and related modules such as inventory management, KDS, captain app, WhatsApp billing, and other optional add-ons (collectively, the “BillBoox Platform”). These services are offered through a subscription-based model (“BillBoox Subscription”).

Fees and Payment

By subscribing to BillBoox, you (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) agree to pay the applicable subscription fees based on the plan selected. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before you are granted access to the platform.

Cancellation and Refund

All purchases made on the BillBoox Platform are final and non-refundable. Once a subscription is purchased, no refund, return, or cancellation will be provided, whether you use the platform or not. This policy applies to all users globally, including customers based outside India.

We encourage all users to thoroughly review the features of BillBoox before making any payment. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us prior to subscribing.

Termination by BillBoox

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if there is a breach of terms, misuse, or fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Continued use of the BillBoox Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
