BillBoox (“We”, “Us”, “Our”, or the “Company”) provides a cloud-based point of sale (POS) software platform and related value-added services for restaurants and food businesses via our website https://billboox.com (“BillBoox Platform”). Our services are offered through subscription plans that may include features such as inventory management, order management, reporting, and integrations with third-party services and devices.
By subscribing to any of our plans or services (“BillBoox Subscription”), you (“You”, “Your”, or “User”) agree to abide by our Terms of Service and this Cancellation & Refund Policy.
1. Fees and Payment
- All BillBoox Subscription fees (“Subscription Fee”) must be paid in full in advance based on the selected plan.
- Taxes may apply depending on your location.
- Subscription will be activated only after successful payment.
- BillBoox may offer a free trial for a limited period to allow users to evaluate the service. The availability, duration, and features of the free trial may vary and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
- Users may choose to discontinue using the service at any time during the trial period. No charges will apply unless the user opts for a paid subscription.
- After the trial period ends, or upon selecting a paid plan, applicable subscription charges will apply. All payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable, including partial usage, cancellations, or unused periods, unless required by applicable law.
- BillBoox reserves the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any free trial, pricing, or subscription terms at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- Subscriptions may be offered on a manual or automatic renewal basis, as specified at the time of purchase.
- No Refunds: All payments are final and non-refundable once a purchase is completed, including partial usage, cancellation, or non-usage.
- No Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions do not renew automatically. Users must manually renew their subscription by contacting our team or via their account.
2. Access and Cancellation
- There is no option to cancel a subscription from anywhere within the platform.
- Users may simply leave their account inactive if they do not wish to continue using it.
- Access will be disabled if the subscription is not renewed manually.
3. Refund Policy
- We do not offer any refunds, full or partial, after a subscription is purchased.
- This applies to all subscription types (monthly, annual, or any other form) regardless of usage or reason for leaving.
- Users are advised to review features and terms carefully before making any payment.
4. Termination by BillBoox
- We reserve the right to terminate your access to the BillBoox Platform at our sole discretion.
- If termination occurs due to violation of our Terms of Service, fraud, or misuse, no refund will be provided.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillBoox and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the last Subscription Fee paid by you.
6. Indian Legal Compliance
As our services are digital and cloud-based, once activated, the subscription is deemed delivered and utilized. Therefore, under Indian Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, no refund or reversal shall be applicable post-payment.
7. Policy Updates
We may update or revise this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the BillBoox Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you must not renew your subscription.
