Welcome to BillBoox (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Company”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the BillBoox cloud-based point of sale (POS) platform, services, and related tools provided via https://billboox.com and its subdomains (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you (“you”, “your”, or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

About BillBoox

BillBoox provides a cloud-based POS and restaurant management platform that includes modules such as billing, order management, reporting, kitchen display, inventory tracking, and integrations with compatible third-party devices or services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to register an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Use of Services

You agree to use the Platform solely for lawful business purposes. You shall not:

  • Attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile any part of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform to transmit any malicious code or unauthorized content.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Platform.

Subscription, Fees, and Payment

BillBoox operates on a subscription-based, pre-paid model. All subscription fees must be paid in full in advance based on the selected plan.

  • No Free Trial: BillBoox does not offer any free or trial period for its services.
  • No Refunds: All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances, including partial usage, cancellation, or non-usage.
  • Manual Renewal: Subscriptions do not auto-renew. Users must manually renew their subscription or contact our support team to extend access.
  • Taxes: All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which shall be charged as per law.

Cancellation and Account Access

  • There is no option to cancel a subscription through the platform.
  • Users may leave their account inactive if they do not wish to continue using the service; access to the Platform will cease if the subscription is not renewed.
  • Access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or misuse the Platform.

Data Privacy

Your personal and business information is handled as per our Privacy Policy. By using BillBoox, you consent to the collection and processing of your information as described therein.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, software, trademarks, and design elements of the Platform are owned by BillBoox or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform solely for your internal business operations.

Third-Party Integrations

The Platform may integrate with third-party applications (e.g., payment gateways, printers, or delivery apps). BillBoox is not responsible for third-party actions, reliability, or service availability.

Service Availability

As a cloud-based SaaS platform, BillBoox may perform scheduled maintenance or upgrades. While we aim for uninterrupted uptime, occasional downtime may occur for updates, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BillBoox and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of the last subscription fee paid by you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BillBoox, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Indian Legal Compliance

As our services are digital and cloud-based, once activated, the subscription is deemed delivered and utilized. Therefore, under Indian Consumer Protection (E-commerce) Rules, 2020, no refund or reversal shall be applicable post-payment.

Modification of Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
